Balachaturbhadrika Churna is a traditional Ayurvedic formulation widely used in pediatric care for its therapeutic benefits in managing various health disorders. This review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the pharmacological and clinical applications of Balachaturbhadrika Churna, highlighting its potential as a safe and effective remedy for common pediatric ailments. A systematic review of existing literature reveals the formulation's antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and immunomodulatory properties, which contribute to its efficacy in managing respiratory, gastrointestinal, and infectious diseases in children. Clinical studies demonstrate its safety and effectiveness in pediatric populations, with notable symptom relief and minimal side effects.
